Troubleshooting Guide

If you experience any technical problems, try one of these methods before contacting us. If you still experience problems, e-mail us at ContactUs@GetDiscountTV.com or for immediate assistance, call or text our support team 24/7 at our toll free number 1-844-872-0840

If a certain content is buffering or freezing, contact us at ContactUs@GetDiscountTV.com for an immediate resolution.


If ALL Contents are buffering/freezing consider using a VPN as a resolution to any buffering/freezing that you may experience. 


When experiencing issues please start by following the below troubleshooting steps. 

  1. Try refreshing the app. Sometimes when an app is in use for a long period of time, it uses up the RAM (Random Access Memory) of your device and begins to slow down.
  2. Close out the app and restart the device. This clears out the device memory and gives it a fresh start.
  3. If all else fails, you may have to reinstall the app. This will delete your favorites and all settings but should fix the issue. If it doesn't, or the problem occurs frequently, you may have to use another IPTV player. Contact us for further instructions.


Just Unplug the device from power and plug back in.


This is an Error simply because of Token Expiration of your device. Our streams are tokenized for a certain time, so it's best if you do not keep the app or device Switched on after using, or just reboot once and start fresh when you are planning to watch TV.  


If a certain channel is without Audio or Video, let us know at ContactUs@GetDiscountTV.com and we'll try to resolve immediately.

If you see that all of the channels audio/video are out of sync or No Audio/Video, that indicates the device is not working for the service, resetting, rebooting might fix the issue.
